In November, there were 1601 new listings in the Tri-County area with an average list price of $377,043. Total sold properties for the month was 789 with an average sold price of $299,129 with an average days on market at 66 days. On average, Sellers received 96.9% of the list price. Today, there are 8016 active listings in the Tri-County area and 1190 properties are currently under contract.
