I am a Lowcountry native of 40 years. I was raised in Mt. Pleasant until 1980, my family then moved to their waterfront farm in Awendaw adjacent to the Intracoastal waterway, tidal creeks, and pluff mud that would forever mold my youth and later on my adulthood. My love and respect for our natural resources increase with each abiding year. Outdoor pursuits of surfing, kayaking, fishing, shrimping, hunting and mountain-biking filled my youth and continue into my adulthood today. My pursuit of real estate began in 1991 with the onsite sales of Fiddler's Marsh. Many years later, I have settled in listing and selling waterfront properties unique to the Lowcountry. The love of the water prompted me to pursue my captain's license and start a charter business in conjunction with my real-estate profession. This has been a huge advantage for my clients interested in waterfront property as they may view the property from the water in my 30' Grady White or take a sunset cruise and start adopting the slower pace of the Lowcountry. Lastly, I would like to thank-you for visiting my website and encourage you to contact me with any questions about Charleston real estate, schools, communities, weather, or the fishing here. I will look forward to meeting you.
